Eberspacher Easy Start PRO Controller

The Eberspacher EasyStart PRO controller is a 7 day combination timer with automatic altitude adjustment and diagnostic troubleshooting functions.

Very Compact Dimensions:

Width - 82 mm, Height - 37 mm, Depth - 13mm

Remote Temperature Sensor Compatible

Some installations may require a remote temperature sensor. If remote temperature sensing is required please use this specific Eberspacher Easystart temperature sensor (Part No. 221000342200)

Please note: This controller IS NOT backwards compatible with previous versions of the Eberspacher Airtronic D2 D4 D4S D5 or the Hydronic D4W D5W series heaters.

If you are unsure whether this controller will work with your heater or if a remote temperature sensor is required, contact the Butler Technik support team for further advice. It is helpful to have your heater model number at hand.

Standard carriage / Free-shipping - please allow 2-5 working days from clearance of payment for delivery. Typically however delivery is much quicker and 98% of orders are delivered to UK addresses within 24 - 48 hours after dispatch from warehouse.

Delivery Times - Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays) typically 2-5 working days from date of order for in-stock items if the FREE DELIVERY option is chosen. An email will be sent to inform you of dispatch of goods and due delivery date. Next Day UK delivery may be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

Free worldwide delivery will not be available if one of the following is applicable to your order:

Our returns policy does not include manufacturer warrantable items. Please speak to our support department or email sales@butlertechnik.com if you believe your item has failed within warrantable circumstances, or if you wish to return an item for refund.

Refunds and Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items. You can apply for a refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of invoice.

Prior Notification of Intent

If you wish to cancel an order or submit a refund request under the UK Consumer Protections (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you must inform ButlerBus Technik Ltd of your intention to cancel or return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period for order cancellation, or 30 (thirty) day period for refunds.

When Butlerbus Technik has received your request you will receive confirmation and given authorisation to return goods. Please quote and include your original invoice number. All goods must be in a re-saleable condition.

You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method. If goods go missing we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Butler Technik from your nominated courier. Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges.

If you are unable to arrange a return please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.

If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.

Orders that have already been processed and/or dispatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to ButlerBus Technik Ltd for refund following receipt of goods by customer.

We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

Hi, I have an Espar Eberspacher heater with an Easy Start Pro controller, it is showing code "H1 Service". I have downloaded lots of manuals and can't find this code. Thank you. M Canada

Hi, thanks for your question. ‘H1 Service’ could be triggered by: • Service / maintenance interval notification triggered by amount of heater runtime. If this is a new install, service interval reminder hours may be set to zero or too low. To change the maintenance interval please follow the steps below (document attached). Select settings 'gear' symbol > press and hold back button for 3 seconds > Workshop menu is displayed > scroll to Maint. Interval > set to convenient amount (up to 1000hrs depending on heater usage). • Heater fault has occurred – read error memory and clear. Select settings 'gear' symbol > press and hold back button for 3 seconds > Workshop menu is displayed > Scroll to error menu > select h1 air > select read (take note of any codes) > select h1 air > delete errors. Would i be able to use the Eberspacher EasyStart PRO with the Webasto Thermo Top C TTC DIESEL HEATER Paul Bailey

Hello, I have a Airtronic D2, with altitude kit and two sensors (one to control the temperature, one to display the temperature. My controller is an Easystart T, and I have problems with it (sometimes it works, sometimes not, the programming works some days but bot always.....). I want to replace it by an Easystart Pro. Do you have a wiring diagram for this combination ? (Airtronic D2 + Easystart Pro) I have seen on your site an upgrade harness from D2 to S2 D2, but I already have an altitude kit (and the price of this harness doubles the price of the controller), so I could certainly do without this harness. It is NOT possible unfortunately to install the Eberspacher Easystart PRO controller with an earlier generation D2 Airtronic heater. The harness upgardes you have seen on our website are to convert an older Eberspacher D2 Airtronic harness installation into a later harness to allow easy installation of the newer generation Eberspacher S2 D2L or S3 D2L heater without the inconvenience of renewing the full vehicle or boat harness.

The Eberspacher EasyStart Pro is compatible with the later generation Airtronic heaters such as the M2 D4L and the M3 D4L. Unfortunately it is NOT compatible to retro-fit or upgrade an earlier generation Airtronic D4

If you are using the Eberspacher Airtronic S3 D2L and you would like to install remote functionality or control your heating via an app on your Android or iPhone; the Eberspacher Easy Start Pro can be easily connected to the Easy Start Web using the plug and play adapter 221000352700. This way, no wiring modifications are required.
