If you wish to return goods, you must inform ButlerTechnik of your intention to return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.
You will then receive confirmation from ButlerTechnik and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back for refund in an unused, unopened condition.
Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods are not received we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to ButlerTechnik from your nominated courier.

If you are unable to arrange a return please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.
If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.
Orders that have already been processed and/or dispatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to ButlerBus Technik Ltd for refund following receipt of goods by customer.
We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

The overall time period taken to process a return is subject to the chosen return method.
Once the returned goods are received and checked, providing that they have not been fitted, are in original packaging and are not damaged. A refund will be issued within 2 to 3 working days, less any delivery charges. UK Next day delivery is available as an option for all orders placed before 15:00hrs subject to cleared electronic payment. Our stock levels shown on Butler Technik are actual warehouse stock, held with us on-site, and available for delivery fulfilment as promised.
Free delivery is available for orders placed with a minimum VAT exclusive value of £90.00. Free delivery method may not be our Next Day guaranteed service dependent on availability.
Orders placed after 15:00hrs cannot be promised to be despatched same day, though we will always endeavour to despatch if possible. We will however in all cases despatch the following working day using your chosen delivery method
Interlink Express
UK Courier delivery services are provided by Interlink Express. Occasionally we may use other next-day carriers dependent on where you live in the UK. You will receive an initial email confirmation of your successful order placement, followed by a further email confirming dispatch. Customers will also be informed of the delivery company, then you will receive your order by the end of the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. Our courier service is a next business day tracked delivery, however in some more remote areas of the UK delivery may take an additional working day. A signature will be always be required.
Predict and Follow My Parcel service.
Interlink Express to send your parcels, all deliveries receive notification on the day of delivery of a one hour delivery window by SMS text and/or email (where the customer has provided these details). This enables our customers to plan their days without fear of missing their expected new heater or timely repair and service parts

Royal Mail
Our standard UK delivery service is with the Royal Mail 24 Hour service and once dispatched it will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 48 Hour will take 2-3 days A signature may be required.
All orders above basket value excl. VAT of £20.00 will require a signature as we despatch using a recorded delivery option with Royal Mail for added security of your items

Butler Technik collect VAT for customers with delivery addresses in European Union countries. All orders that do not exceed the EU VAT threshold of €150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty EUROS) in value will have VAT collected at checkout. If EU customers require VAT to be collected on all orders they may place multiple orders with values not exceeding the €150.00 threshold.
VAT is not collected on orders exceeding the €150.00 threshold. These taxes and any duties payable will be collected from the customer by the relevant tax authority at port of entry.
Butler Technik pay collected taxes to the EU country of delivery through our IOSS intermediary located in the Netherlands.
