Yes, this heater type Eberspacher S3 D5E is able to function also as an engine coolant pre-heater - pleaes note though that you would require a more complete installation kit for this heater and your vehicle if there is no heater currently installed
When using the heater at high altitudes, please note:
Heating at altitudes up to 1500 m: – Unlimited heating possible.
Heating at altitudes over 1500 m – 3000 m: – The heater can be run for short periods
If you install the heater with Easystart PRO Controller it is possible to run at 1500-3000mtrs for longer periods via the settings menu of the controller
