The Webasto Thermo 230, 300, 350 Water Heater does not have a conventional glow plug. Instead it uses an ignition unit that generates a high voltage that creates a spark across the ignition electrodes.
Depending on your heater version you may need to set the electrode distance to ensure a spark can be successfully generated.
