Our products are genuine new Eberspacher. Eberspacher Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, extendable ( in the UK ) to 3 years if installed by a recognised Eberspacher installer.
For self-installed heaters the warranty does not include on-site engineer diagnosis - typically if concerns arise during warranty period with self-installed heaters the warranty extends to techical support / heater return for testing / ... and/or repair parts
