the Thermo Top C Webasto heater is no longer available as a new heater, having been replaced by the Thermo Top Evo.

Having said that achievable flow rates for a well-designed system should be similar. Once the hot water has been mixed with cooler water to correct temperature expect approx 5 ltrs/min.
