Hello, the Y branches, Tpieces, air outlets etc for 50mm id ducting are not typically purchased, nowadays as it is now a very old dimension. Economically it makes more sense to upgrade the to 60 mm id ducting  say at the first Y or T piece, or ideally at the heater.

This upgrade can be alot quicker and cheaper in reality than first thinking . What heater model do you have please? it may be possible to upgrade the heater outlet hood

Thank you

Hi, thank you for your reply. The model heater I have is an eberspacher D4. It currently has a 90mm pipe attached to the outlet, which goes to the main cabin, from the 90mm pipe it has a few Y junctions with the 50mm pipes branching off to other outlets. I was going to run a 2 meter hose off one of the 50mm pipes to a new outlet. Maybe I'll just have to do a bodge job!! Regards

It would be possible to replace one of the 90/90/50 Y brances with a 90/90/60, then perhaps add a 60/50/50 Y piece to a short length of  60mm id ducting to split the 60 down to 2 x 50mm.

There will likely be a few ways of approaching this without necessarily finding a good 'bodge'  ;)

Many thanks for your suggestion , next time I'm at my boat I'll see how to implement it. Again, thank you for taking the time to help. Kind regards Pete
