Would this be Kyocera glowpin be suitable for 2KW CDH? To improve its reliability, yes?

Chinese 2kw diesel heaters are copies of two differnt German heater designs from Webasto and Eberspacher. This specific Kyocera manufacture glow pin is suitable for the 'Webasto copy' version. If you have an 'Eberspacher copy' CDH you will require an alternative glowpin because the plug fitting is different.

Hi David if you change the burn chamber to match this plug would it be a worthy upgrade? As the main body of the two heaters is then the same?

when fitted to the 'Webasto copy' 2kw CDH - Chinese diesel heater - then it is necessary also to upgrade the burner insert.

Is it worth it? - in our opinion yes.

Espicially if you are having repeated problems with glow pin failure currently? Is your burner quickly becoming coked up?
