Yes, typical domestic radiators as used in our homes are perfect for installing into a Webasto equipped Narrowboat heating circuit.

for a Webasto Thermo Top EVO with a 5kw heat ouput you should calculate radiator output to approx. plus 10% of heater output for optimal performance. For this calculation do not include any calorifier if installed.

The Webasto Multicontrol timer supplied with this heater is the premium solution for controlling this water heater from Webasto. A major advantage with the multicontrol is that it performs onboard error code retrieval for any future heater diagnosis/repair. They are very robust and reliable heaters, but it's always useful to future-proof with the diagnostic functionality. Perhaps a disadvantage is that it could be considered a little more' fiddly' to initial program than the Heatmiser Marine 7 day timer that is also an option available from Webasto ( but the Heatmiser does not have the diagnostic capability)
