It's possible to run Eberspacher S3 D2L heaters on kerosene heating oil in most situations, but please consider it should be high qualiy, fresh and clean. Invariably it is the good housekeeping that causes early failure of the heaters, coking up etc, and not the actual fuel specification. For information I attach the specifications from the Eberspacher heater manual regarding fuel, it may be worthwhile speaking to your heating oil supplier regarding DIN spec.
