Butler Technik will undertake a full diagnostic test, give you a report and provide a quotation for any necessary work that may be needed to fix the problems your heater may have. We collect your heater for FREE from the UK address you provide us**
We diagnose and service Air Top, Thermo Top, Airtronic, Hydronic and other Webasto and Eberspacher petrol and diesel heater models. If you are unsure of your heater model contact the Butler Technik support team for guidance.
Our charge for the diagnostic test and report is £45.00 including VAT. If you find our resulting quotation for repair acceptable and the necessary work to fix your heater is then undertaken, the £45.00 due for the diagnostic bench test can be used to help fund your repair. We will only request payment once your heater is repaired and ready to be returned to you. We aim to get your heater back to you in approximately 3 - 4 working days from date of receipt, please allow up to 1 week during our busier periods.

Please package your heater unit and fuel pump in a strong, well packed box ready for collection, we are unable to accept liability for any damage caused during transit. Once the form below has been completed, you will be contacted by a member of the Butler Technik team to arrange a convenient day for our courier to pick up your heater unit free of charge. Alternatively, if you have a preferred courier and wish to organise your own delivery please ship your heater unit to; Service department, Butler Technik Ltd, Tilbridge Road Garage, Tilbridge Road, Sturton-by-Stow, Lincoln, LN1 2BP.

Once the repair form has been completed and submitted to us, we will contact you regarding the delivery or collection of your heater. Please include your contact information in the heater package to ensure we can identify your heater repair order upon arrival.
You will be notified that your heater has arrived by email. Your heater will then be connected to the appropriate manufacturer approved diagnostic software for bench testing; this will identify any historic and current faults that may be stored on your heater ECU. After your heater faults have been diagnosed a member of the Butler Technik team will contact you with a report and quotation for repair. If you decide not to go ahead with the quote or your heater is beyond a sensible and economic repair, just opt for your heater to be returned. There will then just be the diagnostic and return shipping fee to pay
Once the diagnostic and/or repair of your heater unit has been completed a member of the Butler Technik team will contact you for payment and confirmation of return address. Your heater will then be returned to you utilising our tracked and insured next business day courier delivery service. **.
