We are deeply saddened by the scale of the crisis facing our country

To help protect our National Health Service and save lives we are today enacting some important changes in our working practices until further notice

Unfortunately, this will have an impact on the service we can provide.

With regret - It is now NO LONGER POSSIBLE to purchase from our www.butlertechnik.com website or other online shops.

Opening hours

From the 25/03/2020, Butler Technik offices will be closed so we may also help protect our employees and varied visitors to our work premises. We are of course aware that this may in some circumstances disappoint and inconvenience our many valued customers. We appreciate the loyalty and support shown within the heating repair and service trade, also all those keen heater self-installers throughout the UK and around the world.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Priority Technical Support for Public Services

We will of course still be able to answer a limited number of technical enquiries, as where possible, we will be working from home.

In emergency situations we will do our utmost to help get your heating up and running again. No QUESTION. This would include where necessary jumping in our cars and heading to our couriers with boxes of repair parts; but please, this must be an emergency repair to a critical service vehicle, or relating to someone working within such a crucial role.

Specifically, we are aware that many of our trade customers work within the priority services sector, helping to enable our emergency services to undertake their greatly valued work.

Technical support via telephone will be strictly prioritised to businesses and individuals requiring repair parts and technical support for Critical and Emergency service vehicles eg.  Ambulance, Fire and Police or any Eberspacher, Webasto heating system that may be crucial to the operation of Doctors Surgeries, Health and Social Care, Education establishments and other key public services.
